Four Holiday Homes for rent in the popular Costa del Sol resort of Nerja

When can we have access?
From 4pm (16.00) on the day of arrival. Early arrivals are usually able to leave suitcases.
When do we have to vacate?
By 10am on the day of departure. We have suitcase storage facilities if you have a late flight.
We are flexible about arrival and departure if there is not a 'same-day' changeover.
Are linen and towels provided?
Yes, all linen, plus hand, bath and tea towels, but not large 'sunbed' towels for pool or beach use.
There is a change of linen and towels halfway through a two-week stay.
Is electricity included?
Yes, except on long winter lets (2+ months), when it may be charged as an extra.
Is there an iron and ironing board?
Yes, in all the properties.
Is there a hairdryer?
Yes, one in each bedroom in all the properties, usually in a bedside table drawer or wardrobe.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, plus a washing basket, pegs and drying frame, in all the properties.
Is there a dishwasher?
Yes in both villas, but not in the apartments.
Is there TV in English?
Yes, both villas have a full satellite system, except movie channels 301-314. The apartments have BBC and ITV stations, most radio stations, plus other T.V. channels. All have DVD players.
How far is it to the beach?
Three minutes from the 'Alamar' townhouse villa and about ten minutes from the other properties.
Getting to my accommodation?
We can arrange transport from Malaga Airport or Station straight to your accommodation. If you are hiring a car, the keys are collected from a nearby hotel, which has a 24 hour key service.
Can I walk into the town centre?
It is a ten minute walk from our 'Alamar' townhouse villa, fifteen minutes from the apartments and about twenty minutes from 'Villa Mimosa'.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
Yes, down on the beach, or a larger and slightly cheaper one at the top of the hill on the main road.
Will I need a car?
Yes, if you intend to tour the area. Otherwise, you will not need one for local use if staying in our 'Alamar' townhouse. You might consider one if staying in the apartments and you are not keen on walking, but we feel you might need one if staying in 'Villa Mimosa'. There is driveway parking for 'Alamar' and ample street parking for 'Villa Mimosa' and the apartments, both on quiet roads.
What's in the 'Welcome Pack'?
The same items are supplied in all properties: bread, butter (or similar), milk, bottled water, fruit juice, beer, wine and toilet rolls. It is quite likely there will also be 'dry' items, such as tea, coffee, sugar and condiments, left by previous guests. Amendments may be available by request.
Is there a cot and high chair?
We can supply a cot and high chair in all our properties at a cost of £20 p.w. , or bring your own travel cot. The items we supply are 'all-purpose' and not tailored to the age or size of the infant. Not all our bedrooms are suitable, in terms of space and layout, for such items.
What are the taxi arrangements?
If you want a taxi arranged from Malaga Airport, we ask for your flight details, which we pass on to our Agent who does the booking on your behalf. The driver waits in the arrivals lounge holding a board with your name, he will have the keys to your accommodation. You pay the driver directly in Euros when you arrive in Nerja, or at the airport on your return journey.
Where is the nearest water park?
The nearest water park is 'Aqua Velis', at Velez-Malaga, about 20 minutes down the motorway from Nerja towards Malaga. Easily accessible from the A7 junction, opposite 'Eroski'.
Where is the nearest golf course?
The nearest course is 'Baviera', at Velez-Malaga (as above), next to the A7 motorway.
